By using LifePICNIC.com (www.lifepicnic.com) including its domains and related services, applications and other related sites (www.picksbypicnic.com) or tools, collectively, the "Store", the Client (You) agrees to the entirety of these Terms and Conditions and its general principles whether or not you have read all applicable terms.

You must accept all the terms outlined in Terms and Conditions prior to becoming a registered user of the Store. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that these Terms and Conditions are applied whenever you use the Store or any service or transaction offered on the Store. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, including any linked documents, please do not use the Store.

LifePICNIC.com reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, and such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Store. General Provisions 

The management and operation of the Store www.lifepicnic.com, are the responsibility of LifePICNIC.com, with headquarters at Av. Fausto de Figueiredo, 139, 2765-412 Estoril - Portugal, Tel: +351 21 456 90 95, email: info@lifepicnic.com.
The set of rules and procedures presented below seek to embrace the rights and duties of LifePICNIC.com with its clients, visitors, users and vice-versa according to existing law.


1. Your Account


In order to access certain services or areas of the Store, the Client will need to create a personal user account by clicking the "Create an Account" link.

Your E-mail and Password are for personal use. When using the Store, the Client is responsible to keep their E-mail and Password confidential and agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur in their personal user account.

LifePICNIC.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their free will.

We will never store, at LifePICNIC.com or its servers, any information concerning the Client's credit card.


If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, LifePICNIC.com reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your personal user account or terminate your use, to block or prevent future access to the Store.

You agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your Password and E-mail and all information and files associated with it, and/or bar any further access to such information or files.

You agree that LifePICNIC.com is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Store, or any information or files, and will not be obliged to provide such information or files upon termination. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions should survive termination.

2. Privacy Policy

Information Collected

All personal information provided by you will be subject to professional secrecy, to the statutory protection of personal data, so that its partial disclosure will only be provided to entities to whom your information may be necessary in order to execute your order such as the shipping carrier, banks, electronic security companies or for marketing purposes by LifePICNIC.com.

The data provided by the Client may be used by LifePICNIC.com for:

1. Internal record keeping;

2. Protection against fraudulent transactions and anti-theft monitoring in order to protect our Clients and our business;

3. Implementation and management of purchases, orders, payments, returns/exchanges, or requests for information so we can serve you in any matter;

4. We may periodically send LifePICNIC.com promotional messages about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the e-mail address which you have provided;

5. We may use the information to improve our products and services;

6. Mobile phone messages regarding your orders (delivery notice);

Information Provided by the Client

You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of the LifePICNIC.com Store is and shall remain true, accurate and complete and that you will maintain and update such information regularly. You agree that if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete, we may terminate your use of the LifePICNIC.com Store.

Personal Information Sharing

We may only share your personal information by your statement or request. For example, if you register for an E-Gift Card or Wishlist, and choose to make it available to the public by sending an e-mail to one or several recipients, you are authorizing us to share part of your personal information. For that, the required information may be accessible on our Store, in mobile applications or social media.

Access and Personal Data Update

In order to keep your information current and complete, you may access or update your LifePICNIC.com information by accessing your LifePICNIC.com personal account. You can enter and update your account, including contacts, billing and shipping information.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information that you provided us when we believe disclosure is necessary for law enforcement, to enforce or apply these Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or official entities to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers or others.

It is your responsibility to check and obey all laws (including minimum age requirements) in relation to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased on our Store. By placing an order, you declare that the ordered products will be only lawfully used. All DVD's and similar products sold are for private use (where no admission fee is charged), non-public, and cannot be duplicated.

Privacy Policy Scope

Our Store may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Store, you should note that we do not have any control over those other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites and such websites are not governed by these terms and conditions. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be sold or transferred to other companies or institutions. As mentioned above, your data will only be partially provided to entities who need your information to process your order, such as the shipping carrier, banks, electronic security companies and for LifePICNIC.com's marketing.

Data Protection

We maintain administrative, technical and physical measures to safeguard your information.
In order to do this we have implemented our Store with the best security and encryption solutions - all communications and transactions between the Client and the Store are protected by a SSL/TLS certificate that provides up to 256 bit encryption.

Whenever you log in to your LifePICNIC.com account you can check on your browser address bar that your shopping session in LifePICNIC.com is totally secure (encrypted).
The domain pages where you enter personal information, manage your account and orders - "My Account", "My Wishlist" and "Checkout" pages - always begin with https (https://www.lifepicnic.com).

E-mail Security

As an Internet user you will surely be familiar with the phenomenon that has emerged in recent years, "Phishing", which is a fraud widely used to copy companies' brand image to steal your personal information.
If you receive an e-mail that seems to be ours requesting your personal information, with or without attachments, do not reply, do not open attachments or click on links or buttons.

We shall never ask you for your password, username, credit card information or other personal information via e-mail, with the exception of your IBAN confirmation that may occur in an exchange/refund process. LifePICNIC.com only gathers your personal information through your personal user account, within a secure https://www.lifepicnic.com session.

If you receive an e-mail about contests or promotions and this information is not on LifePICNIC.com's Giveaways page, it is because you are being misleaded and/or a victim of "Phishing".

LifePICNIC.com strives to ensure that access to and use of the Store is safe, we cannot guarantee that the Site or its server will be error free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access including third parties such as hackers or attacks on its good service.

LifePICNIC.com makes every effort and uses the best market practices to ensure that access to and use of the Store are safe, as such, our business is supported by the world's most recognized organizations in these fields, including the software system that supports the Shop, in the Client-Store communications encryption solution, as with the service available to execute PayPal and credit card interface (PayPal) payments. We cannot, however, ensure that the Store or its server are completely error free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access, including third parties or attacks to its good service.

4. Content

LifePICNIC.com’s content is only intended for private use, and reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of its contents without prior written permission is prohibited for all purposes other than your strictly personal use.

We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is free of errors and whenever they occur, we will proceed to correct them as soon as possible. If eventually the case occurs that the information provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the Client will be informed and have the right to cancel their purchase.

The product images shown are are provided by their respective brands and are only intended to illustrate the indicated product and are not part of the contractual agreement of sale between the Client and LifePICNIC.com.

The colour tones of the product images on the screen of your computer may look different from reality and depend on factors outside the sphere of responsibility of LifePICNIC.com.

The products sold by LifePICNIC.com often contain the characteristics of materials used in its composition. Natural features such as grain, texture, nodes or points and color variants cannot be regarded as flaws or defects. LifePICNIC.com only selects quality products but the natural characteristics of materials must be accepted as part of the particular nature of the product and should be both expected and appreciated.

Certain weights, measures and descriptions are approximate and are solely provided for your convenience.

Fittings and accessories shown in photographs are not included in the products, unless otherwise indicated.

For contractual purposes, the Client agrees and acknowledges that all communications, contracts, notices, information and other communications we provide by electronic means satisfy any legal requirement and that such communications be in writing.

5. Orders

Information about Products and Prices

The prices posted on our Store include all taxes and fees required by law, with exception of customs duties and the like, are in EUROS and are valid except for publishing error.

If a typographical error occurs or the price of an ordered item is wrong, LifePICNIC.com will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the choice between further order confirmation proceeding with the correct price or its cancellation. Failing to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be fully refunded of the product price, if it has already been paid for.

LifePICNIC.com has no obligation to provide any product at an incorrect price, even if you have already been sent an order confirmation.

The prices listed on LifePICNIC.com include VAT at the legal rate and contain no delivery charges, unless expressly stated, which should be consulted in the "Shipping & Delivery" page of the Store.

Product prices and shipping do not include the use of means of transport for special access such as external stairs or cranes. Please make sure that it is possible to deliver your order to the address you have set, in particular regarding the dimensions of access doors, staircases or other structures of the property stated on the shipping address.

The shipping carrier is responsible for delivering the order to your address, but cannot place it in specific rooms of the place of delivery and/or perform assemblies/disassembly of equipment.

LifePICNIC.com reserves the right to modify at any time, and without prior notice, presented offers and commercial information: products, pricing, promotions and delivery services provided, etc.

Product Availability

LifePICNIC.com will make every effort so that your order delivery is carried out in the shortest possible time, with reference to the estimated shipping time presented in each product description, and subject to stock availability.

Delivery times are always dependent on the ability of our suppliers and other factors such as weather conditions or transport company (airlines, shipping companies, handling, canceled flights, etc.) responsibilities.

In case a difficulty arises that could delay the delivery, LifePICNIC.com will inform the Client which may agree or reject the new conditions, thus confirming or cancelling your order.

The day before the scheduled delivery our shipping carrier will send you an SMS/e-mail in order to inform you when you can expect your order. At that time you may make some adjustments according to their availability. This service is not available to all destinations.

The automatic response and recognition by LifePICNIC.com an order purchase means that your order has been received, but does not mean that it has been accepted, sent, or that the price or availability of an item have been confirmed.
When you select payment by Multibanco you will have 72 hours after receipt of the code references to make your order payment via home banking or at any box ATM.
LifePICNIC.com reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, to discontinue products presented in the Store.

LifePICNIC.com does not offer additional discounts on large orders for single item or large orders of many individual items. We reserve the right to limit the amount of orders from the same account, the same credit card or PayPal account, or purchase orders that use different billing and/or delivery addresses.
The Customer will be notified if such limits are applied.

LifePICNIC.com reserves the right, with or without notice, to limit the available amount or to discontinue any product or service, to impose conditions on any discount, discount code, promotional code or other similar promotions.


If you want to cancel your order, you should first check your Order Status at "My Account".

If the status of your order is "Processing" it will not be possible to cancel the order. If the items are "On Hold", you may cancel it. To do so, you must notify us promptly via our "Customer Care".

The cancellation will only be effective upon receipt of a LifePICNIC.com e-mail confirmation.

When the cancellation has been exerted by the Customer, LifePICNIC.com is required to repay the amounts paid by the Customer within 30 days.
We shall make every effort to shorten this period.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

There are two kinds of Gift Cards:

1. Physical Gift Cards are a printed card that can be shipped straight to the recipient or to you, so you can give it in person;
2. E-Gift Cards are electronic cards sent by e-mail.

They can both be used to purchase any item available online at LifePICNIC.com including delivery costs, if applicable. In order to purchase or redeem a Gift Card, you must have a LifePICNIC.com personal user account - it is easy and fast, just enter the necessary information so we can complete your orders.

Please note the following:

  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards expire within 365 days from date of purchase;
  • E-Gift Cards are virtual and are sent directly to an e-mail you define when placing your order. We advise that SPAM filters may block our e-mails, so recipients need to check their SPAM box;
  • The risk of Gift Card property loss passes over to the Client as soon as the Gift Card is hand delivered by our shipping carrier or, in the case of electronic Gift Cards (E-Gift Cards), upon our electronic transmission to the recipient(s) chosen by the Client;
  • The Client must maintain control over the LifePICNIC.com Gift Card codes received, and LifePICNIC.com will not have any future liability if the codes are used without the Client's knowledge;
  • As good practice, we suggest that upon receiving a Gift Card code, the Client redeems it immediately into store credit in their customer account ("My Account", "Gift Cards" menu). The amount will be immediately credited to their account and, therefore, will be unable to be used without their knowledge;
  • If the recipient has not received their Gift Card a few days after it was purchased, please contact us here.

6. Deliveries

Delivery Time

LifePICNIC.com delivers all your orders by specialised shipping carriers that ensure a fast and secure hand delivery.
This service is provided by Additional Logistics, TNT Express, MRW or CTT.
Delivery time begins after LifePICNIC.com receives an order payment confirmation.


Large Orders

Please make sure that the products you buy have the proper dimensions to fit wherever you want to place them. Also please make sure that the delivery address allows for the required access so that the shipping carrier may deliver your order.

LifePICNIC.com will not be responsible for delivery costs if the order cannot be delivered at the Client's designated address.

Order reception

As previously mentioned, LifePICNIC.com hand delivers orders to the address that the Customer specified. In order to ensure a successful delivery please make sure the address is correct.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where you are always present, such as your workplace.

Once your order is shipped by LifePICNIC.com, you will be notified via email and/or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your order through the shipping carrier's website.

We strongly recommend you enter your mobile phone number in your LifePICNIC.com customer account in order to receive an automatic message (SMS) from the shipping carrier notifying you of the delivery details.
Note: Not all destinations have this free service.

The order is considered completed as soon as it is delivered to the address provided by the Customer. If the order delivery is prevented or rejected by the Customer, delivery costs may be charged to the Customer.


VAT Free shopping for non-European Union customers or European Union certified business companies 

We offer VAT Free shopping for non-European Union customers or European Union certified business companies if the order amount is equal or more than 2000 EUR per brand (shipping costs not included).  

The VAT value will be refunded in 72h via PayPal or bank transfer.


Local sales tax or import duties

If your delivery address is located outside of the European Union LifePICNIC.com can not be responsible for any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination.
When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay relative to the estimated time of delivery.
LifePICNIC.com has no control over these charges nor is it able to make an estimate because customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a sample or gift.


Free Shipping

Occasionally, LifePICNIC.com can provide products with free shipping to certain destinations specified in the description and/or product image.
This promotion will relate only to the marked products and not to products the customer eventually wishes to purchase together with the product that has free shipping.



For security reasons LifePICNIC.com does not deliver orders to PO boxes or hotels.

7. Payment

Payment Methods

Based on our implemented security, LifePICNIC.com offers the best solutions for your order payments. 

When processing your order you will have access to different means of payment and may opt for whichever is the most practical.

The order payment process is extremely easy and does not differ from other methods of payment with which you may certainly already be familiar.

The agreement we have established with PayPal, the undisputed world leader in secure payments, ensures that all payments made via PayPal or via credit card are made in the most tested and safe environment available on the market.

In order to pay with a credit card you do not need a PayPal account.

Accepted credit cards: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Discover.

Our store also accepts payments by Bank Transfer and Multibanco so you may use your Bank or home banking system to pay for your orders with ease.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

Our LifePICNIC.com Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used to purchase any of the products available in LifePICNIC.com, including delivery costs, if applicable.

8. Refunds 

Whenever there is a case for reimbursement of your paid amounts, LifePICNIC.com will undertake every effort for them to be made as soon as possible within 30 days.

The amounts paid by credit card will be refunded by bank transfer movements to the original payment account.

The amounts paid by ATM will be refunded by bank transfer to the original payment account. In order for this to take effect you will send your bank account details, ordering information and which items are to be reimbursed to our online support via e-mail to Customer Care.

You promptly authorize LifePICNIC.com to deduct from the amounts to be reimbursed, the sums due to LifePICNIC.com by you, resulting from the application of the conditions of this contract.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

If you cancel your LifePICNIC.com account you can not receive a refund for your Gift Card or existing credits, resell or transfer credits to other accounts.

The Gift Cards have no cash value outside LifePICNIC.com.

LifePICNIC.com will not be responsible in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Gift Cards.

Save your Gift Card until your order is delivered to you.

9. Warranty and After-sales Services

The products sold by LifePICNIC.com benefit from the product manufacturer warranty, from the date of delivery of the goods.

Warranties do not cover product wear and tear or misuse. The use of an item for purposes other than those described can lead to total or partial cancellation of the warranty.
Please read carefully the user manual and/or documentation supplied with the products.

10. Returns

Returning Items

You can exchange/return an item you purchased within 14 days from the day of receipt, under the following conditions:

1. In order to exchange/return any item it should be in perfect condition, including its original packaging;

2. Shoes: PLEASE DO NOT try shoes on surfaces that could scratch the soles or mark them in any way, otherwise we will be unable to exchange/return them as resale is not possible.
We suggest that you try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug.
The original shoebox and packaging must also be returned undamaged and with our shipping labels;

3. Clothing and accessories: PLEASE DO NOT remove any of the labels or protective stickers, otherwise we will be unable to exchange/return them as resale is not possible;

4. Books, audio/music, video, albums and other multimedia items: we will only accept the items if the tamper-proof warranty seal and/or protective film are intact;

5. The returned products must contain all the items originally included in the order: accessories, instruction manuals, etc.;

6. Each item is carefully checked by our LifePICNIC.com staff before shipping and in the remote possibility of being delivered with manufacturing defects, these must be detected and reported within the 14 days defined by law;

7. In the remote possibility of the order being delivered to the Client damaged or with defects caused by transport to the destination address, these should be IMMEDIATELY detected and reported in writing by the Client to the shipping carrier ON RECEIPT, otherwise the exchange/return becomes impossible because the carrier's liability ends when the order is hand delivered to the Client (Tip: if you see that the packaging is damaged this might be a sign that something may have gone wrong during transport and you should immediately verify the package's contents);

8. If the delivered item is not the item you ordered;

9. Exchanges/returns shall only be accepted if reported within the established time frame (14 days) and with LifePICNIC.com's Return Code, in accordance with the returns process described below in "How to return items".

If these conditions are met, LifePICNIC.com reimbursement will be made to the Client within 30 days after receipt of the returned order.
LifePICNIC.com will make very effort to shorten this period.

The return shipping costs shall be met by LifePICNIC.com only in Continental Portugal.

An item purchased at LifePICNIC.com can only be exchanged/returned through our shipping carriers, with an associated Return Code provided by LifePICNIC.com, according to the return process described in our "Customer Care" page.


If the exchange/return conditions are not fully met, we will not be able to exchange/return an item. If this situation occurs, LifePICNIC.com will have to charge the Client for the item collection costs.

The Client may request the return of an order if it does not qualify for exchange/return but will have, however, to liquidate the corresponding cost for the new shipment.

If you want an order that was not accepted returned back to you, you will have to inform LifePICNIC.com of the destination address - please remember to always state the order number in question.
We will send you the necessary information* to liquidate the collection and return costs of the item not accepted for return/refund.

* - Total amount to be paid and details of the available forms of payment: bank transfer/IBAN, Multibanco references and PayPal information.

LifePICNIC.com will resend the order by the same method, hand delivered by our shipping carrier and no other (personal collection, postage, etc.), and according to costs and shipping times stated on our "Shipping & Delivery" page.

Made to order products:
The articles made to order are not eligible for exchange/refund according to Decree-Law No 143/2001, article 7 of the portuguese law.

In accordance with Decree-Law No 143/2001, art. 7 of the Portuguese law, LifePICNIC.com can not accept the return of newspapers and magazines sold by the store.

Information relating to health and beauty articles presented in our Store are provided without cultural references, medical indications, references to allergies or chronic medical conditions.

The information presented in our Store is meant to be only indicative. It is not intended in any way to replace the advice of your doctor for individual conditions or treatments. They are not a substitute for a medical examination or replace the need for services provided by medical professionals. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking or applying any product. Only your doctor or pharmacist can provide advice on what is safe and effective for you.

LifePICNIC.com does not guarantee that the product information in our Store is accurate or complete since this information comes from the product manufacturer or supplier and they are constantly improving their products and updating their labels. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information displayed in our Store and check the product label or, in case of doubt, contact the manufacturer directly.

We do not provide customer support through our social network platforms, to do this, use the above link.

The Client is solely responsible for all content and information they provide us and LifePICNIC.com may not be deemed liable for any content sent or published by the Client.

You agree that any content posted by you on the Store will be accurate, will not infringe or facilitate the violation of any LifePICNIC.com terms and conditions, does not violate any third party rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, privacy or brand advertising rights and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You agree that the contents posted or uploaded by you on/to the Store will not contain contain foul, xenophobic, profane or threatening language, will not contain malware messages, political campaigns, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam.

For any content submitted by you, you automatically grant license to LifePICNIC.com, for perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, transmit, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works therefrom, sell, distribute and incorporate such content in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in its entirety and without compensation to you. For this reason, please do not send us any comments that you do not want to give full licence to, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer codes or original artwork.

LifePICNIC.com has no obligation to respond to contacts and/or contents of users or Clients.

User content may also be provided by third parties on the Store like, for example, through our Facebook page. Please note that Store visitors may make statements, comments or post other user content that is inaccurate, deceptive or misleading. LifePICNIC.com neither endorses nor is responsible for any opinions, advice, links, information or statements made by others. LifePICNIC.com, under no circumstances, shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by their belief in such information or materials. The opinions expressed by others reflect only the opinions of the individuals who submitted such opinions and may not reflect the opinion of LifePICNIC.com.

13. Intellectual/Industrial Property and Copyright

LifePICNIC.com® and "Click. Pick. Enjoy.®" are trademarks and property of FPGB, Ltd.

All material and content that are part of this Store remain at all times in possession of LifePICNIC.com® with exception of content relating to products that are property of their respective brands.

By "content" is understood all text, signatures, slogans, images, photographs, illustrations, concepts and various elements presented in this Store.

Thus reproduction and/or distribution of these contents is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent from LifePICNIC.com® and/or its brands hereby represented.

14. Force Majeur

Force Majeur reasons may not be attributed to LifePICNIC.com, including:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action;
  • Civil strife, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • Impossibility of the use of road, rail, maritime, air, road or other public or private transport;
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunication networks;
  • Laws, decrees, regulations or government restrictions;
  • Any strikes, interruptions or accidents from postal services, shipping carriers or transport material;
  • Extremely high absenteeism through illness by LifePICNIC.com employees or suppliers.

In the event of a Force Majeur situation, LifePICNIC.com can cancel your order without being held to any form of liability for damages or costs.

LifePICNIC.com's obligation to comply with any agreement shall be suspended for the duration of a Force Majeur event. LifePICNIC.com will make all possible efforts to end a Force Majeur event, or to make every effort to circumvent the consequences of a Force Majeure event or to find a solution that allows the fulfillment of their contractual obligations despite the existence of event.

15. Litigation and Liability

If the terms stated above are disrespected, legal action and/or necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the Portuguese law.

Competent Court

Without prejudice to the parties stipulate an agreement, any and all issues arising from these Terms and Conditions, including those relating to interpretation, validity or effectiveness, shall be dealt at the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the District of Lisbon, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.

LifePICNIC.com's responsibility towards the Client can never exceed the value paid for the products and associated services provided.
